Derwent Living is a trading name of Derwent Housing Association, a “not for profit” organisation registered under Section 1 of the Housing Act 1985 and the Industrial and Provident Society Act 1965. Derwent Living is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable living to suit a range of lifestyles. Formed in 1964, Derwent Living works with customers to build thriving communities where people want to live. Derwent Living manages more than 15,000 homes in the Midlands, South Yorkshire and the South East. Derwent Living’s property portfolio includes:
• Affordable housing – homes to rent for people on lower incomes. Derwent Living also offers properties for sale through a part-buy, part-rent scheme.

Derwent Facilities Management
Derwent Facilities Management Limited (Derwent fm) is a subsidiary of Derwent Living. The company was formed by Derwent Living joining forces with Martin Corbett who has over two decades of experience in facilities management. Derwent fm provides the full spectrum of support services to student, commercial and public sector property.
Derwent fm’s vision is to be “seen as the FM Partner of choice” and to compliment the groups offering. Our innovative FM and Property Management solutions drive forward improvements and efficiencies in none core client activities. This is however not at the expense of quality and customer satisfaction.

Derwent Students
Derwent Living provides top-notch student housing in great locations. Not only is our accommodation comfortable, but it’s safe and secure too. We were established in 1964 and are now home to more than 4,000 students in ten locations across the Midlands, Yorkshire and London.
